Bennie Hayfield is a singer/songwriter from Birmingham, currently living in Chichester. He takes inspiration from musicians such as Bob Dylan, Glen Hansard and Bruce Springsteen.
As a child, Bennie consistently took part in local amateur theatre and singing groups, only picking up the guitar in late 2020. He has since performed as the front man for West Sussex-based band Saiphon during his time at university and is now turning his focus to solo performance. In 2025, Saiphon released their debut album 'New Man', for which Bennie wrote nine of the songs. As a solo artist, he plays a a selection of covers as well as his growing catalogue of original material.
